Kenya has been crowned champion of the Cade Esports Rivalry Series Season 2, closing out the tournament with a perfect record after winning every match on their way to the title.
The Kenyan squad, led by Prorate and Shaq, went unbeaten through the competition's three days of play, with Prorate emerging as one of the tournament's standout performers against some of the continent's best EA FC talent. Shaq's performances alongside him kept Kenya's momentum intact from the group stage through to the final standings.
Senegal finished second after a strong campaign, with Nigeria taking third place. Defending champions Ghana slipped to fourth in their bid to retain the title, while Côte d'Ivoire rounded out the standings in fifth.
The result marks a significant statement for Kenya's esports scene, underlining the country's growing depth in African EA FC competition and adding a new name to the Rivalry Series' short history of champions.
