In May, top contenders from 6 regions battled it out to produce exceptional talents who moved on to the Itel RS4 City Tour Solo Free Fire Tournament qualifiers in Lagos.
Although the number of teams varied from region to region, the region with the lowest number of teams was Onitsha with 33 registrations, and Lagos had the highest number of registrations with over 200 participants. In general, over 600 registrations were made for the event.
The top five teams from groups A and B and the top 2 teams from group C qualified for the LAN in Lagos. In Kaduna, WG Aro emerged as the MVP with three wins and a total of 51 points.
In Port Harcourt, AKT Spencer emerged as the MVP with one win and a total of 28 points. Butcher TR from Abuja had the same numbers as the Port Harcourt MVP. Gifts like earbuds were also awarded to attendees.
In Ibadan, Gabby 9ja topped the leaderboard with a total of three wins and 46 points, surpassing the second-highest with 19 points.
WG Akaza emerged as the MVP in Ebonyi with a total of 2 wins and 30 points. In Kano, AKT Broskii emerged as the MVP with two wins and 44 points in total.
In Lagos, Script! 44x emerged as the MVP with one win and 27 points in total. Deathshot emerged as the MVP at the grand finals with 2 wins and 26 points in total.
Top Winners From The RS4 City Tour Solo Free Fire Tournament
The top winners from the six regions shared a 450,000 naira prize pool among themselves with the champion keeping 200,000 naira, the first runner up, 150,000 naira, and the second runner-up 100,000 naira.
All the players who moved on to the finals at Nebo Hall, Army Barracks, Ojuelegba, Lagos State, were awarded Bud Fire ear pods and emerged as the best among others.
The overall champion of the Itel RS4 City Tour Solo Free Fire tournament Kwame Alabi game name Deadbot 9ja was awarded the grand prize of one million naira, one Itel RS4 device, and a package from MTN, other winners are, Ajibola Gabriel Pelumi, game name GABBY 9ja who came second and was awarded the Itel RS4 and a package from MTN, Azeez Ridwan Olakunle game name – Fear Kuzi 9ja third, Ezinwoke Joel Ugochukwu game name 1%de killer fourth, and Edison Obinna Divine game name – Dewhize fifth were all awarded the Itel RS4 device, and Clement Segun Michael game name – Yr Hazel who came sixth won a carton of noodles.
The winner from the recently concluded Decacup finals, Vent Esports was awarded 100,000 naira, followed by the team who came second, Kurrintians Esports with 70,000 naira, and TR contenders in third place with a sum of 50,000 naira at the grand finals of the RS4 City Tour Solo Free Fire tournament.
