La Cup D'Africana Season 4: Regional Qualifiers Wrap as Synthesis, Madlads and Alphabase Top Their Brackets

La Cup D'Africana Season 4 has completed its Regional Qualifiers, with Southern, Western and Eastern standings all confirmed and setting the field for the tournament's Group Stage.

In the Southern Region, Synthesis topped the log with 70 points, built on a chicken dinner, 21 placement points and 49 eliminations. AOT Esports followed in second with 64 points, edging Team Berserk in third on 63, while Project Highborn rounded out the top four on 61. Gamers United Force, Novex, Nexus Xtreme, Team MVP and Spaza Gaming completed the region's top nine.

The Western Region saw Madlads finish top with 60 points, ahead of Afro Esports on 56 and Critical Force on 52. Memo Esports, Fear Esports and SDG Esports followed in the mid-table, with 03 Brothers, Navy Seals and Chaos Syndicate rounding out the top nine in a tightly contested bracket.

Alphabase led the Eastern Region comfortably, closing on 73 points off three chicken dinners, 30 placement points and 43 eliminations. 69 Esports took second with 49 points and two wins of their own, while Wild Storm secured third on 43 through consistent placements and eliminations. Rush Esports, Kolimba Boys, F9 Esports, Glory Esports and Rescue Esports completed the Eastern top eight, with Sixseven narrowly missing the automatic cut in ninth.

Across all three regions, the top eight teams have now secured their place beyond the Regionals, joining results from the Gauntlet Stage and the Wildcard rounds to form the 40 teams advancing to the Group Stage. That phase is scheduled for 31st August to 2nd September, with the leading finishers moving straight to the Finals and the rest routed through a Last Chance qualifier. The tournament's Finals close out on 7th and 8th September, where a Season 4 champion will be crowned and handed a direct invitation to the PMGO Africa Finals.
