Having made a long list of people who have beaten him in a past tournament, this was his chance to cross off their names. Faruk made a statement with the revenge spree, making it known that THIS IS A NEW FARUK!

League.The National E-Soccer League was created and introduced by Cade Esports to foster competitiveness in the Esports scene, especially the EAFC community.

The league kicked off on the 28th of June, with a match between Killerfreak and Mr Oga. With players like Killerfreak, Adefola and Faruk Manzo being the favourites to win the tournament. Other players wanted to prove themselves as well.

An invitation was sent to 16 of the top players in Nigeria. To have the best of casting, two of the best and most experienced casters in Africa were invited, Sly and Manny were locking it down and giving the best in-game commentary.

Tomide, the best EAFC influencer in Nigeria, was the Analyst. Breaking down games of the pro players to average and upcoming pro players as well. It was not just entertaining but also Educative.

Faruk Vs Killerfreak: Final Showdown

Ryu and Ken in street fighters, Solid Snake and Liquid snake in Metal Gears, Thor Vs Loki in Marvel, Faruk Vs Killerfreak in Cade Esports E-Soccer League. These two “bro-players” have always been at the end of most tournaments they participate in. Going toe to toe, aura for aura.

They both went unbeaten until the final day. Killerfreak only needed a draw to clinch the title as he had a bigger goal difference than Faruk. Faruk had to fight with everything he had to win or else he would settle for second place. And he did just that.

Faruk was not ready to lose again, he was already dressed as a grim reaper going to the doors of everyone who had caused his defeat in previous tournaments, Mr. Oga in GamrX (2022), Adefola in the $15,000 eNPFL. And now Killerfreak, who has beaten Faruk in 3 competitions in a row, was right in front of him.

The game started with a big bang, with a goal from Killerfreak. Faruk was down early in the game and had to pull something out of the bag. Faruk did perform magic at the end of the day, when he completed his revenge and got a goal in the 81st minute of the game.

Breathing a sign of relief and a smile of joy. Faruk was pumped and gestured into the camera that he is Number 1. A clear statement to everyone that this is a new Faruk.

Not just completing his revenge, he also made history. Faruk is the first person to win the first Ever E-Soccer League. A bragging right has been bagged and added to his badge. He also bagged a sum of 1 million Naira.

There are other highlights from the E-Soccer League. Killerfreak had a go at Josh for calling him overrated and went on to beat him 9-2. In week 3, a total of 148 goals were scored in 16 matches. Boyd had a beautiful comeback against Emerson.

Tomide put a 20 thousand Naira bounty on Faruk against Anife. Killerfreak won with the highest goal margin with a 12-0 against simplyUzo. In the Cade Esports E-Soccer League, everyone gets to league with a cash prize. The break down is as follows

  1. 1st Position – 1 million Naira
  2. 2nd position – 700 thousand Naira
  3. 3rd position – 400 thousand Naira
  4. 4th position – 300 thousand Naira
  5. 5th – 8th – 100 thousand Naira each
  6. 9th to 16th – 25 thousand Naira each
