“So many people I know started their journey into the gaming industry through online courses — scraping together knowledge from YouTube tutorials, bootcamps, or free trials,” said Dominion Ero, advocate for African game talent and Growth Lead at Carry1st, Africa’s largest mobile gaming publisher. “This campaign is about exposing people to the power of guided learning with Udemy and breaking down barriers. It’s a message to African youth: you belong in this industry, and we’re going to help you get there.”

The campaign officially launches on June 26, 2025, and is delivered through Udemy’s Career Accelerators — curated learning paths designed to fast-track learners into high-demand digital careers, even without prior experience.
